The management of the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny has issued a public advisory warning prospective students and members of the public to disregard any information suggesting that the institution is conducting a Post-UTME screening exercise.
According to the institution, Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny does not conduct Post-UTME as part of its admission process. The management explained that eligible candidates who satisfy the institution's admission requirements are recommended directly to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for admission consideration without undergoing any Post-UTME screening.
The Polytechnic expressed concern over the activities of individuals posing as admission agents and attempting to deceive unsuspecting applicants by promoting fake Post-UTME registration or screening exercises.
Prospective candidates are therefore advised to remain vigilant and avoid making payments or providing personal information to anyone claiming to facilitate admission through a non-existent Post-UTME process.
