The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) has approved the release of results for the September 2026 Professional Examination in Midwifery, with 9,544 candidates recording successful outcomes, representing an overall average pass rate of 84 per cent.
The results were approved at the Council’s 63rd General Meeting held in September 2026, according to a release dated 14 September 2026 and signed by the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Ndagi Alhassan.
The examination covered candidates in Post Basic Midwifery, Basic Midwifery and Community Midwifery programmes.
