General Admission Requirements
Candidates seeking admission into any of the listed programmes are expected to meet the following conditions:

They must have selected FUMHSF as their first choice in the 2026 UTME. Candidates who initially chose another institution and now wish to apply to FUMHSF must complete a Change of Institution through JAMB before the screening exercise.

Applicants must attain the approved minimum UTME score for their intended programme.

Candidates are required to possess at least five relevant O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics. These results must be obtained in not more than two sittings, except where the requirements for a particular programme provide otherwise. For MBBS, the notice specifically requires the relevant credits to be obtained in one sitting.

Applicants must also satisfy any additional requirements prescribed by JAMB, the National Universities Commission (NUC), and relevant professional regulatory bodies.
